Shipping Policy

  • Shipping fee is applied to each order at the time of checkout
  • The turnaround time for all made to order garments is 10 - 14  business days 
  • Depending on the quantity of made to order garments ( 3 or more) it may take up to 3 weeks.
  • All pre-made garments will be shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after purchase
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped
  • Once your order is shipped and you have your tracking information. S&S Banaat Collection is no longer responsible for your order. However if your package is lost or delayed we will try our best to help you recover your package In Shaa'Allah.

Pick-up

  • Local Pick-ups are available by appointments only

Return Policy

  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Items are only eligible for a return if the garment is damaged or has a defect on our behalf. You may exchange the item with-in 7 days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags and in its original packaging.  You will also need proof of the purchase. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS
  • Please choose the right size and height when ordering garments. If you choose the wrong size and the Abaya doesn’t fit correctly and needs adjusting, you will be charged a fee for adjusting and processing time.
  • Please use size tool and add the exact height when placing your order.

Refund Policy

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds
