Shipping Policy

• Shipping fee is applied to each order at the time of checkout
• The turnaround time for all made to order garments is 7 - 14  business days 
• Depending on the quantity of made to order garments ( 3 or more) it may take up to 3 weeks.
• All pre-made garments will be shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after purchase
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped
• Once your order is shipped and you have your tracking information. S&S Banaat Collection is no longer responsible for your order. However if your package is lost or delayed we will try our best to help you recover your package In Shaa'Allah.

Pick-up

• Local Pick-ups are available by appointments only.
• The standard pick up time is 1-5 Business days. This time frame may change depending on the order size.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
• Please provide the order confirmation upon pick up arrival.
